Welcome to TraviaLux. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TraviaLux website and services, including hotel bookings, apartment rentals, and car hire services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TraviaLux. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and using our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Guests can book accommodations or cars listed on the platform. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. TraviaLux retains a commission for each confirmed booking. The balance is remitted to the Host or service provider after guest check-in or service delivery.
Cancellations and refund eligibility are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Guests and Hosts are encouraged to review it before booking or listing.
Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate and that the accommodations or vehicles meet safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. Hosts agree to honor confirmed bookings and are subject to penalties for cancellations or guest complaints.
Guests agree to respect the properties, follow all rules provided by Hosts, and avoid causing damage. Any misconduct may result in account suspension or termination.
Users agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, to post false or misleading content, or to circumvent TraviaLux’s commission policies.
All content on the TraviaLux platform, including branding, images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of TraviaLux and may not be reproduced without permission.
TraviaLux is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or services, including any issues between Hosts and Guests.
TraviaLux may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
By using TraviaLux, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
