These Car Hire Terms and Conditions govern the rental of vehicles through the TraviaLux platform. By booking a car rental, you agree to these terms.
Anyone aged 18 and above is eligible to book a car through TraviaLux. A driver’s license is not required, as all rentals include a professional driver provided by TraviaLux. TraviaLux reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
Bookings must be made through the TraviaLux platform. Confirmation is completed once the necessary personal details are provided and payment is processed.
The rental period is defined by the confirmed booking details. Any extensions must be requested in advance and approved by the rental provider.
All TraviaLux car hires come with a professional driver. Clients are not allowed to drive the car under any circumstances.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Charges include the car, the chauffeur, and any agreed services. Additional fees may apply for overtime, damage, or extra requests.
Fueling is handled based on prior agreement. It may either be the responsibility of TraviaLux or the client, as agreed upon before service begins.
The client is responsible for maintaining the car’s condition during the booking. Any damages or loss must be reported immediately and may incur charges.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before scheduled pickup: 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours: No refund.
Booking modifications are allowed based on availability and must be communicated in advance.
Clients may not use the vehicle for illegal activities, transport of illegal goods, or any reckless behavior. Smoking or carrying hazardous items in the vehicle is not allowed.
TraviaLux is not liable for indirect losses, delays, or disruptions during the service. Clients may be held responsible for damage not covered under insurance or caused by misuse.
Vehicles must be returned on time and in proper condition, unless otherwise agreed. Late returns may attract additional fees.
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Any disputes will be resolved first through mediation or arbitration, before legal action is pursued.
