This Property Listing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms under which you (“Host”) may list a hotel, apartment, or other property on the TraviaLux platform (“TraviaLux” or “Platform”). By listing a property, you agree to the following terms:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about your property, including pricing, availability, amenities, and rules. You confirm that you are legally authorized to list the property and enter into this Agreement.
TraviaLux charges a 10% commission on every confirmed booking. You will receive the remaining 90% within 3–7 business days after the guest’s check-in. Redirecting guests to book outside the platform to avoid commission is strictly prohibited.
You are required to honor all bookings made through the platform. Host-initiated cancellations may lead to penalties, including suspension. You must provide a clean, safe, and professional guest experience.
By submitting property details and photos, you grant TraviaLux a royalty-free license to use this content for marketing and promotional purposes.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party with 14 days’ notice. TraviaLux reserves the right to suspend or delist your property for violations of these terms or poor guest reviews.
You agree to indemnify TraviaLux from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from your property or guest interactions. TraviaLux is not liable for losses or damages related to your property or services.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
By listing your property on TraviaLux, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
