TraviaLux Host Code of Conduct & Property Listing Policy

This policy outlines the standards and expectations for all property owners and hosts listing accommodations or vehicles on the TraviaLux platform. By listing your property or vehicle, you agree to comply with the following terms and maintain high service standards in line with TraviaLux values of comfort, convenience, and class.

1. Listing Accuracy

Hosts must ensure that all information provided about their property or vehicle is accurate and up-to-date, including:
– Description, amenities, and pricing
– Photos that reflect the current state of the property/vehicle
– Availability calendar
– House rules and policies

2. Guest Communication & Service

Hosts must respond to guest inquiries and booking requests promptly and provide courteous, professional service. Clear check-in instructions must be shared in advance.

3. Cleanliness & Safety

Properties and vehicles listed must be clean, well-maintained, and safe. Hosts must comply with all applicable health and safety regulations and ensure functional amenities.

4. Booking and Commission

All bookings must be made through the TraviaLux platform. TraviaLux charges a 10% commission on every successful booking. Direct dealings with TraviaLux guests outside the platform are strictly prohibited.

5. Cancellations by Host

Hosts are discouraged from canceling confirmed bookings except in emergencies. Frequent or unjustified cancellations may result in penalties, listing suspension, or removal.

6. Non-Discrimination

Hosts must not discriminate against any guest based on race, religion, nationality, gender, age, or any protected characteristic.

7. Review System & Conduct

Hosts are encouraged to provide and receive honest reviews. Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct towards guests or TraviaLux staff will lead to disciplinary actions.

8. Right to Modify or Delist

TraviaLux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove listings that violate this policy or fail to meet platform standards without prior notice.

9. Legal Compliance

All listings must comply with applicable local laws, licensing requirements, tax obligations, and safety regulations.
