TraviaLux Affiliate and Referral Program Terms

1. Overview

The TraviaLux Affiliate and Referral Program allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring guests to use TraviaLux services. Participation in the program constitutes agreement to these terms.

2. Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years or older and have an active online presence or network. TraviaLux reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.

3. Referral Method

Affiliates will receive a unique referral code or link to share. Referrals must book through this code or link for the affiliate to earn commissions.

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a commission of 5% on every successful booking made using their referral link. Payments will be made monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold.

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed within 15 business days of the end of each month. Affiliates must provide valid payment information to receive payouts.

6. Prohibited Activities

Spamming, misleading marketing, and using the TraviaLux brand inappropriately are prohibited. Violations may result in removal from the program.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Commissions earned before termination will be paid out.

8. Modification of Terms

TraviaLux reserves the right to modify the program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.

TraviaLux Guest Code of Conduct

1. Respect for Property

Guests must treat all booked properties with care and respect. Damages or theft may lead to penalties or bans from the platform.

2. Behavior Expectations

Guests are expected to behave responsibly. Loud parties, illegal activities, or disruptive conduct are not permitted.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times provided in the booking confirmation. Late check-outs may incur extra fees.

4. No Smoking or Pets (Unless Allowed)

Smoking and pets are prohibited in all properties unless explicitly allowed by the host. Violations may lead to additional cleaning charges.

5. Communication with Hosts

Guests must maintain polite and timely communication with hosts. Miscommunication or rudeness may impact future bookings.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows without valid reasons may lead to account restrictions or suspension.

7. Legal Compliance

Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay. TraviaLux reserves the right to take action for any violations.

8. Reporting Issues

Guests should report any property issues or misconduct immediately through the TraviaLux platform for prompt resolution.
